Happy Thanksgiving: I'm Not Writing

It's the week of Thanksgiving.

Not to mention the week of the Iron Bowl. And Ohio State-Michigan. And Arkansas-LSU. And, of course, Penn State-Michigan State in the Battle for the Land Grant Trophy.

So, yeah, it's a big week here in the world of college football. Your Editor understands this.

But you know what? I'm still taking my week off.

Yes, as is tradition her at The College Football Athenaeum, I will be resting up this week; by "resting up," of course, I mean that I will not be writing a 3,000-word column for publication this Friday. Sorry, folks. A man needs a break every once in a while.

But don't despair, dear readers. I will be back on Monday with a special post-Thanksgiving edition of Thoughts From The Valley. In the meantime, you can check out my random thoughts about college football over at About.com, or on Twitter @TimHyland. You can also check out the latest edition of the TCFA Podcast. In other words, there will be plenty of me to go around.

With that said, well, I am going to return to my vacation now.
